This Week @ ECF 11/27/11

This Week is “Communion Sunday”

ECF practices “Open Communion” meaning you do not have to be a formal member of ECF to participate in “Holy Communion.” If you trust Christ as your Lord and Savior you are a part of His Body – God has only One Family! Let’s “Remember Him” as we celebrate “The Lord’s Table” together!

“The Ephod” is the subject of This Weeks (11/27/11) Sunday’s sermon. Other than the Jewish culture / religion this is an obscure item/subject. This week we will conclude with the second part. Two weeks ago   I heard a distinct Word to share this expression of God’s grace of a better covenant and a better promise. We will examine a simple overview of “The Ephod” then unpack its significance contrasted to Jesus! Let’s soar as we explore “The Ephod!” AMEN!

Last Sunday’s (11/20/11) “Celebration Sunday!”  We celebrated the fruit (results) of the $200.00 in seeds of $2, $3. and/or $5 we received in response to the challenge of Roger Smith’s sermon last month! Only eternity knows the total results – as of the latest count, over $2,000 in Kingdom blessings have been generated! Wow and AMEN!!!  ARE YOU EXPECTING A HARVEST

Praying In The HARVEST!

Thank God for Labors – The Harvest is ready! Children’s Pastor Lavoe Hartley and Lynn McClure Director of Discipleship Ministries have issued a call for children’s Teachers, Assistants & Volunteers for just a 13 week commitment! Availability is all that is required. It’s Harvest Season for ECF! Let’s reap His Harvest for His Kingdom and enjoy fruit that remains!

“Prepare” is ECF Word for 2011. I encourage you to re-listen to these sermons by podcast on this website or you can order them on CD free from ECF’s Audio/Video Ministry Department. Let us continue to hear the word of the Lord as we “Prepare” for all God has for us!
